There are opportunities for part- and full-time employment in the Garden for students. This is an excellent way to add horticulture experience to a resume without traveling. Many of the students who have worked at the Gardens have gone on to careers in the horticulture industry, landscape architecture and other related fields. Students from all backgrounds and majors are welcome and invited to apply. | |
| There are several full-time student internships available in the Garden. Students are responsible for the care and maintenance of the Rock Garden, as well as some work in the other parts of the Garden. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, earn money and learn about specialized gardens. The job is generally part-time in the spring and fall during school, and full-time in the summer. |
