I. Survey of Horticulture: Horticulture 120
This is an introductory course for non-majors on basic horticulture. General goals include learning the history and philosophy of gardening, basic plant biology, and developing basic horticultural skills.
The class includes a laboratory. The laboratory in this course is designed to give each student hands on experience with multiple aspects of Horticulture.
